Founded in 2008 in the heart of Dubai's creative district, Grant Lotus Agency was born from a vision to tear apart the talent management landscape and rebuild it. Our founder, Alexandra Hart, recognised a gap in the market for an agency that combined the prestige of traditional modelling houses with a modern, confrontational, talent-first approach.
Over sixteen years, we have grown from a single-room operation into one of Dubai's most respected talent management firms. Our roster: over 200 diverse talents who grace the pages of the world's leading publications and walk the runways of Paris, Milan, and New York.
